If Capcom made Marvel vs Capcom 4, they should have characters from Onimusha like they did in Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
They had Soki in TvS, however in MVC4 they should put Samanosuke in it. The Ominusha 3 version of Samanosuke would be good since he had his 3 weapons from Warlords, plus his three new weapons and the Bishamon sword. As one of his hyper moves, he should be able to access the Onimusha form and since the Raizan and Tenso went for multiple hits they should fit in as hyper moves as well. The kuga sword could be used as a projectile technique both ground and aerial. The chigo axe could also be fitted in as a hyper since it created explosions. Or Samanosuke could switch his weapons out and use the techniques and supers/hypers according to the weapon like Ryu's transformations into Evil Ryu/Akuma and Ken in MVC. Muneyoshi Jubei would have a similar effect to the O3 Samanosuke and should have similar fighting moves like him. Soki and Jacque would be good additions as well. They should also add Nobunaga, Gogandantess, Gargant, Tadakatsu Honda, Mitsunari, Hideyoshi and Munenori Yagyu.
