Not familiar with all the characters here but since Golgo made it, I'm just going to go ahead and assume that DC wins it.

Kinda hinges on whether or not Jakeem can be taken out of commission before he issues an order to Thunderbolt that turns the tide.

The Thunderbolt is a lot more useless in practice then it is on paper once he joined the JSA. It's like Thor on the Avengers, except worse.

can't really say...too many members for the avengers that I don't know their limits yet.
Starbrand, Ex Nihlo, Abyss, Nightmask, Captain Universe.
JSA is the most stacked group in comics though
