Darkseid without the agony matrix-

Darkseid got punched through across Metropolis through several buildings and got hammered down back to the ground only to basically no sell Superman's "world of cardboard" and inflict the Agony Matrix on him. Granted, he doesn't have that here, but still, Darkseid endured that Superman's fully unleashed power and acted like nothing happened.

He also broke the back of Orion with a bearhug, oneshotted J'onn and was able to manhandle superman who was at least as strong as Arthur here. He was lifting subs back in S:TAS and at that point Darkseid was actually stronger than him. Omega beams would likely oneshot Arthur here.
