Team marvel :Thor, Black bolt, hulk, Iron man (God killer), Ghost rider and Dr strange

team marvel can have the outside help of spawn.

Team Dc : Green lantern (Hal) , Superman, wonder woman, cyborg,
Hawkgirl and Martian manhunter

Team Dc can also have the outside help of Godzilla.

So which team wins ?

Cyborg at least could BFR someone to Apokolips if needed, though.

God Spawn kills Godzila

Depends very much so if we take Spawn at his average showings, or a specific story arc of Spawn at his most powerful. The way we have Iron Man specifically being the Godkiller iteration, and Spawn being just plain Spawn, leads me to believe it's at his average portrayals.

Otherwise, we might as well have WBH and RK Thor....and Parallax Hal, with Golden Superman Prime.

It's the regular spawn, and the reason I put iron man with his godkiller armor (except that I'm a hardcore iron man fan ) is that it seems that it's his best space armor and without that he woull be a little weaker than the other heroes however other ones are the regular version
