It might be a little unbalanced but it's relatively fair.

I don't remember what Holl can do but the rest? It's more or less even. Especially since it's New 52 Orion.

That being said, I don't remember what the Weird can do. It's been a LONG time since I read any stories with him involved but I remember him being kind of OP for more physical characters. Super Skrull is kind of meh but whatever, he can take on Lobo with his versatility and I guess he can beat Orion.

Okay, maybe it was a little overboard lol but I felt bad for Prep.

He can keep Lobo occupied (Shape shifting, invisibility, flight and his other powers etc.) because the Main Man can't fly and isn't that mobile but I don't think he can accomplish anything.
