Did Megneto get an upgrade? Last I saw he was nearly powerless.

Even at his best, Captain Atom could just unravel his molecular structure.

I haven't kept up with Captain Atom but he was pretty uber in his own story. But at the same time, we saw how he handled other characters in the Universe such as Firestorm and Magneto has had similarly high end feats over the years. I'm not sure, I'd have to re-read the Captain Atom series, I'm sure I'm forgetting some feats.
