Canary Cry (Natural or the technical one) takes the Angels out.

id agree....I always liked the birds of prey and oracle is always there too help in your ear, and talk you through things....charlie's help comes through a phone.......and he never helps them with the actual battle's

Oracle's team wins easily. And if something really went wrong, people such as Superman and Big Barda are just a speed dial call away for Oracle.

No outside help. Angels can use whatever weapons they usually use. Guns I think. They're pretty tough. They do these crazy aerial moves.

Then as Birds of Prey, are you saying Black Canary and maybe Huntress only?

Crap. Add Spoiler. Batgirl would just be unfair.

Err... Then Charlie's Angel wins. Spoiler is a liability.

Spoiler isn't that bad. She's just......ok she's terrible. I think Canary and Huntress would be able to handle the Angels though.
