Who wins?

1. Cassandra... normally. Though these days, Jean is written as a bit of a Mary Sue, so it's a toss-up. Classic Jean with Phoenix Force's tp feats weren't anything more impressive than Cassandra's though.

2. Phoenix Five... eventually when whittled down to 1

3. Full Force stomps.
