Are you referring to the Hulk that was portrayed during Immortal Hulk #24-25 that killed Franklin Richards, the Sentience of the Cosmos and destroyed the Ninth Cosmos' iteration of the next universe?

Oh yes thats right : i think hes basically the breaker of worlds Hulk .. the One Below All, transforms the possessed Hulk into the Breaker of Worlds, a Galactus-like being, in the ninth cosmos. This transformation is achieved by devouring the power of Metatron. The Breaker of Worlds is essentially a weapon of the One Below All, embodying destruction and hate etc
