Thanos and 2 of his Black Order members arrive on Dc Earth 2 days after the Crime Syndicate takeover of Dc Earth. Can or does Thanos take it for himself from them?

How are they B class?

Even prior to the new 52, the Crime Syndicate has always been a peer to there counter parts. Losing mostly to them being bad guys.

It's unclear exactly how powerful Ultraman is after a hot of Green K.

I'd bet on Thanos--maybe solo. But it is hard to say.
