Zom is the only one who's potentially above skyfather. Still nowhere near enough.

Chthon is a joke, all elder gods are. There's a common misconception that elder gods are above skyfathers which they aren't (ah i see you were judging by Chthon's statement in that pic, i assure you, on panel showings paint a different picture)

There's always evidence to back those claims if you want.
