Now Atlas is somewhere around 60 feet tall and weights 220.000lbs and is a class 100 level character if he had Captain America's fight skill and experience could he win this?

Captain America with Captain America's fight skill and experience would win this.

With that size he's easy to hit and he would be slow. Prob be a fight at first but WWH is way more powerful IMO.
