V took on multiple guy with guns, i can see him wining this if the thugs are unharmed.

He's knife fighting skills were top notch.

300 random unarmed thugs is a pre-requisite to be low-street level in comics. Every single mainstream street-level character can do that.

That said, V isn't a mainstream character and doesn't follow comic logic the same way. Since I've only seen the movie, I'll reserve judgement.

I'm unsure, I mean the best indication we have of V is when he is using his knifes, and he uses them to great effect I might add, so had V had his knifes I would say he could take it however, I have no idea where is hand to hand combat skill is at.

30, maaaybe. 300? Not a chance.
