I think that defining one's identity by who you'd rather sex with is sort of a misplaced reasoning. When you sleep with a man or a woman you don't "become gay", you're just engaging in a sexual relationship. People use the world gay to divide themselves from other people. It's definitely a qualifying factor of a certain type of intelligence, but I wouldn't say that it's general enough to make a definition. Humility, on the other hand, isn't indicative of intelligence whatsoever.

If I were to bring up stats which showcased a positive correlation between humble people with higher IQ, and racist/sexist/bigoted/homophobic people having relatively lower IQ, what conclusion would you draw from it Astner?

So the conclusion to draw is that, humans suck.

Not all of them, just the ones that are different in any way.

I totally agree with the sentiment, my only issue is that I can never remember whether dark haired or light haired people are the ones that are different.

That said, don't confuse intolerance for prejudice. Racists are prejudice because they believe that people of certain races are less capable than others. Homophobes, on the other hand, don't.

The thing about IQ is that it's nothing more than a test score, and not a qualifying factor of any merit. In fact, the largest study ever conducted in the field of neurochemistry directly refuted it's validity.

I agree. The IQ is not an accurate measurement of intelligence. The degree to which a person accepts homosexuality is not proportionate to their intelligence. I've heard of some brilliant people who are homophobic. Rick Santorum for example jk. But still...
