No...

Doom would definitely use Surfers powers with far more lethality than Surfer would, but ultimately, this team is too strong for Doom to take down solo...even with Surfers powers.

but doom also has tech and mad wizardry.
surfer's speed could counter flash, his magic would likely wreak havoc on superman and wonder woman, and I don't think it would be out of the realm of possibility to fry the manhunter with magic fire. the team's only hope is jonn's tp but doom has hella tp resistance.

Your going to give matter and energy manipulation, time manipulation and cosmic awareness to a genius like Doom, he's going to stomp this team

WW, Supes, MMH, Flash >>>>>>>>>> Mr Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Thing and Human Torch. Hell MMH practically has the powers of the FF and a few too boot on his own.
