Aside from Oblivion's statement in that comic, there is also a plethora of evidence from Chaos War itself to support the notion that CK=Oblivion. Observe...
" very existence blatantly defies every law of the universe. He will not stop until all of reality is consumed. He is the end of all that is. Entropy. OBLIVION.":

"The Chaos King is the darkness and chaos that existed before existence itself. He is an anti-god. The void against which I am defined.":

"Chaos King is far more than a mere God. Indeed, he was the whole universe before the beginning of everything... And he longs to return to that condition. His aim is nothing less than the destruction of all of reality, piece by piece, until he is once again the only thing in existence.":

Same coin, Oblivion's been embodying the exact same concept(s) since his very first appearance in the 80's...
"You have come to the one who embodies non-existence. You have come to Oblivion. Before the multiverse was, I was. At the end of all things, I wait. I am the void..":

Oblivion's bio confirms his conceptual role:

And his most recent depiction further solidifies the above:

Point being: even if we wouldn't have been given any further information regarding the relationship between CK and Oblivion, it would have still been rather easy to connect the dots between them for ourselves, given that they embody the exact same concept(s). Fortunately for us, however, we were outright TOLD that CK=an aspect of Oblivion's infinitude:

...So no theorizing is required. Although I'm sure you'll just ignore all of the above, so I don't know why I'm even wasting my time.
So Oblivion > CK = Eternity based on character statements right?
So why when Oblivion GOT INTO AN ACTUAL FIGHT, he couldn't beat Infinity (despite having multiple things in his favor) who is really just Eternity (two sides of the same coin)?
