Kracken who teamed up with Gorgon in Secret Warriors. He wields magic.

Here's a picture of him with Gorgon. He's the brown guy with the tentacle face.

I think Kracken will drain off his intelligence here. Maybe turn Sinister into something stupid like the Rhino. Then he'd just have to pierce him with a bolt of sleep and Sinister goes down.
Sinister will know Kracken is going to try something and will be prepared for any magic tricks though. Should be a good fight.
Sinister without his intelligence is still deadly I wager though. The fight might go Mr. Sinisters way even after his intelligence is removed.
