IM's range would be a problem but if he got in close herc would take him out. if IM fights smart he might take a small majority imo after a prolonged length of time and a variety of weaponry used. difficult fight to determine given the differences in styles.

If he fights him like he did with Karnak, then yeah, he gets taken out.
