Is it that big of a deal? Weapon X has two beings with decent gear. Maverick and Deadpool. Team Cap has 3, which are Nuke, Winter, and Widow.

You forgot that BP has energy daggers and a teleporter (so that he can get himself and his allies out of team one's striking distance), Moon Knight has his moonerangs (which give hime some range), and USAgent and Cap both have their shields that they can throw and both of them are very good with firearms (just in case Bucky or Widow have any secondary guns that they could give them), added on top of all of that, Nuke has a freaking minigun. Unless you seriously think that team one can take all of that sustained firepower, cover the distance and win the fight, this battle isn't fair for team one.

lol b/c guns and what not have stopped Wolverine and co. in the past. Oh wait..

With standard gear for all, Weapon X wins.

Guns? Most of Team X eat them for breakfast.

Not to mention, shooting bullets at Maverick is a horrendous idea.

Not to mention, shooting bullets at Maverick is a horrendous idea. since it isn't specified, doesn't that mean that we're supposed to use current versions of these characters? Wouldn't that mean that Logan doesn't have his healing factor and Maverick doesn't have his kinetic absorption abilities?
