Alright, my version of a new Infinity Watch

Wonder Woman w/Soul Gem(team leader)
She's got a strong will and some mystical protections against having her mind tampered with, so I figure she's got a pretty good chance to resist the naturally corruptive nature of the Soul Gem. She has a pretty commanding presence and good tactical skills so she should do well as a leader. It is possible that she'll be somewhat weakened by using the gem just as Warlock was, but she's skilled as Hell and has some good gear going for her to help offset that possibility. Also, she's someone that could be counted on to use the gem's one hit kill capacity if the situation if she or the team ends up in a tight spot.

Raven w/Mind Gem
The gem should increase her powers across the board since they seem to be rooted in empathy. Her dad could obviously be problematic, but with her own increased powers and back up from Diana and the Soul Gem they should be able to keep the gems safe from him(Warlock w/gem was able to solo Mephisto in Hades after all).

Longshot w/Power Gem
Yeah I know it seems weird to make the guardian of the Power Gem someone without much physical power, but that's kind of the point. The gem is going to make Longshot a cl 100 anyway so he doesn't need much physical power to start with. Meanwhile, the Power Gem should ramp his luck power up to crazy levels. His luck power also discourages his behaving selfishly, which is a nice counter to the possibility of making someone basically unbeatable physically and then having them turn bad.

Black Tarantula w/Space Gem
Pip the Troll has strengh somewhere in the area of Spiderman and was able to give Earth heroes fits when they clashed with the IW because surprise attacks packing that level of power can be quite effective. Black Tarantula is flat out stronger, faster, and more agile than Peter with a healing factor and optic blasts to boot. And he's a lot smarter and more skilled than Pip so he should be able to use it in numerous ways that the Troll couldn't. He's also pretty savage when push comes to shove, so he shouldn't have an issue bringing the pain to opponents just the way Nightcrawler did to Sabretooth if he needs to.

Doop w/Time Gem
Gamora got the Time Gem because it's super dangerous to use and Warlock wanted someone who could defend it without needing to, I'm giving it to Doop for the same reason. He can just stick the gem in Doop Land and just never take it out. Even without the gem, he'll be able to backup the rest of the team for basically whatever they need. And in an absolute worst case scenario where he does need the gem, he's already got some undefined temporal powers so he's already got some knowledge of potential temporal events so he should be able to use the gym in small ways without much chance of an issue arising.

Franklin Richards w/Reality Gem
I'm well aware that it seems "cheap" to give the gem to someone like Franklin, but he really does seem like the best choice to play the role of my IW's "secret member". By giving him a gem, the FF basically becomes unofficial members of the team if someone starts trying to collect all the gems. Like Thanos he's so powerful that relatively few people even have a chance of forcibly taking the gem from him, and he's one of the few "heroes" with the ability to control/counter the gem's effects if it becomes absolutely necessary.
