Believe it or not, they can hurt each other even while intangible.

They both flew at and through each other, during a canon Marve/DC crosover, and they both screamed out in pain.

If I had to pick one, it would be MM. He has better overall "stats" than the Vision.

What is upgraded Vision capable off?

He cab go "supernova" though that still screams hyperbole, even still he can project fire from his diamond and "cells".*

Vision loses the fisticuffs fights though, most likely. He hasn't fought that way post upgrade.

*he used that attack after upgrading just outside the sun, and as Vision is partially solar powered he MAY of been amped in that particular attack.
