A freak accident in the JLA teleporter somehow swaps out Batman and Martian Manhunter's powers in transit. When they materialize Batman has:

Martian Vision
Invisibility
Intangibility
Telepathy
Shape-shifting
Flight

Martian Manhunter retains only his Martian strength, speed, and durability. Also he somehow ended up with a batarang. Batman's durability is boosted only to the extent that his shape-shifting allows, like say Mystique.

After blowing Martian Manhunter off, and promising he will investigate restoring MM's powers "as soon as is feasible in my schedule, you understand J'onn", Batman returns to Gotham.

With his new abilities can Batman clean Gotham of his entire rogues gallery and all organized crime? Is there anyone in Gotham who will now be able to stop him, even by teaming up?

If he is still unwilling to kill the power who just give him chance to capture them easier.

Does he not get any of his weaknesses too?

No, the fire weakness and so on stay with MM either as part of his Martian durability or his psychology depending which version it is.

He rules the Earth then.

Batman's aura, plus powers?

Pretty sad that all it takes is one guy with a just some of MM's powers to fix all of Gotham's woes.

Yeah, because the woes fit the character's power level.

Soon, the villains in Gotham will escalate, and you will see more powerful guys running around, as opposed to the psychological human level threats that are currently there.
