I never could understand where the hell are those 2 stand as far as strength. basically every street leveler has strength feats around those 2.ripping off a car rooftop or a door is nice, but someone like wolverine and cap can do all that. sabretooth was able to rip a gangster arm off? kingpin can do it as well. anyone who is above athlete in strength in the comics world can tear limbs. so basically i dont see them being really that more powerful than Cap or wolverine if any at all.

ST has feats that put him into class 10.
Beast I'd say is a 5 tonner.

Beast is a career jobber

Creed is 10-15.
