Current batman and pre dcnu batman are one and the same Dc did not change alot of things when it came to dcnu batman. Only a couple of things where changed like, bruce solving the murder of his parents and finding where joe chill was living. Apart from little things like this current batman and pre dcnu batman are essentially the same person.

As a result less useful in a fight. Not to mention he recently lost a part of his memories along with some of his training knowledge. And now healing factor. All that IMO makes this fight go in Bats favor.
