B) I'm sure Morlun can survive time travel just fine. He took Wakanda's entire arsenal without skipping a beat.
Then Morlun proceeds to tear Man-Thing apart and continue on his way to killing Spider-Man.

He was turning Spiderman into one
He can drop him into the Sun or the Earth's Core.
Not to mention the not to mention Man-thing is mystical in nature, and Morlun doesn't have a great track record vs that kind of attack.
