Thanos last long but falls in the end.

Yeah. Thanos wasn't anywhere near to going down in their fight, but Thor was only going to get stronger and he was already capable of drawing blood from Thanos.

Just be glad he didn't make a stomp thread, like Odin vs Thanos.
