Fight in NYC

If Gorr is too much for the duo then they enlist preboot Dr Fate (at strongest)

Ah man does Strange ever get brutally murdered, as does straight Alan too unfortunately

How is the butcher beating God Strange and The master of the Starheart?

By being the master of god butchering.

Gorr dies of laughter.

Speaking of Fate, wasn't there a 90s version that was totally immune to magic? He'd have fun vs Gorr.

With the Annihilablade.

Which pales in comparison to the Starheart AND the power of Dr.Strange.

Gorr won't be augmented by their blood the way he was against the Blonde whore corps trio.

Seriously though, you're going on about Strange and Alan but you have a version of Dr. Fate that was TOTALLY immune to magic. He'd probably push Gorr's sh|t in.

Is Gorr even magic

Dr. Fate is overkill and depending on the version he could solo Gorr!

CANON!

This is about all we know about the Necro-Sword:

It's origins are definitely divine, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily magic in the same way as Dr. Strange and his hocus pocus.

It has more of a cosmic theme to it imo.

Seeing as how Nekron, an actual Death ABSTRACT, was powerless vs that version of Fate, I don't see Gorr doing any better.

Branlor Swift
Nekton sucks though. Apples and oranges

LordofBrooklyn
Inza Fate annihilates Gorr.

Not really. He's a lot cooler than that crappy Lord Voldemort knockoff called Gorr.

OP says "Sentinel Alan" That was not Alan when "master of the Starheart". His days as Sentinel were when he was powered ONLY by the green flame. The "good" magic that separated itself from the Starheart. In short massively less powered. He still had the wood weakness then because the power of the "green flame" was the power of life and wood was part of the green so his power couldn't work against it.

While "sentinel" in GL corps quarterly he faced the Starheart (which was not his power source) after a mystic GL from a far space sector sought him out. When he did he dispersed it across the galaxy/universe. he didn't "absorb it" till much later.

If you recall in JSA (90's Johns Goyer run) when Mordru said a "moral wielding the starheart" Alan corrected him and said "green Flame". It wasn't long after that he took back up the mantle of Green lantern and let the "sentinel" name go.

Just saying
