Which one would you consider as being impressive? Terrax destroying a planet the size of Saturn with a single blow or someone shooting a single attack at a HIGH herald killing them (example, Hal shooting a blast at either Superman, Hulk, or Thor killing them)?

Planetbusting.

Realistically, the planet. In comics, the herald. Any writer can off a no-name planet, then have the guy job in the next issue. OHKing any character you mentioned would be a momentous thing, denoting untold kinds of power.
