Whaaat?! When in warrior madness mode, his strength increases tremendously. Without it, he's a decent fight for Aquaman. His symbiote suit heals, increases his strength, and speed.

Im just curious, is aquaman like a big deal in comics?

He is effectively Dc's version of Marvel's Hercules.

Yep. Hawkman actually took a blow from Aquaman and still was standing. He also fought Shaggy Man, while losing a lot of blood. His healing factor is increasing after each fight as well.
