Five Years Later version of Roxxas.

Who wins?

I think Roxxas has a good chance. His gear is capable of killing high end bricks (He killed Blok, a Thing like brick, easily). And he's tough enough to shrug off a lightning attack from Lightning Lord, and keep fighting a good long while after Ultra Boy hits him about a half dozen times with super strength punches, breaking his ribs, half his face, and losing a ton of blood.

Slades tougher, but Roxxas has the better gear. Area attack smart bombs that teleport a buildings worth of area across space (How he got rid of Ultra Boy), bombs that are like mini nuke capable of killing Daxamites (useless if he's caught in the blast, but still..)

Plus, he killed off Element Lads entire planet. Global genocide isn't something Slades worked up to in his assasssnation career yet.

Also, his teleporting smart bomb he used on Ultra Boy works through time AND space.
