Shadowcat. Doubt it. Black Panther used intangible blades against him and Ultron described it as mild discomfort. An attack which was used through his head and was screwing with his electronics. As well as Iron Man channeling full power to a jamming signal when BP threw his internal shielding out of phase which "opened him up" and allowed Firestar to hit his insides as well. And Cap's ion shield jammed through his mouth which blocked his ion channel. And then his systems rebooted.

On a secondary adamantium Ultron.

Not to mention all the times he countered Vision. And created him as well.

As well as your earlier notion of Mr Terrific getting Antarctic vibranium. Hank had to continually pound on Ultron while going all out to dissolve him. And even if he were immune to Ultron's senses, the first stab would make him spam a blast and eventually hit. Not to mention "high herald" and Mr Terrific getting something from another company as starting gear...
