Based on the end credits of DOFP Apocalypse is pretty damn powerful.

Not sure if Manhattan fits the "Superhero" concept, but him or Silver Surfer.

I think that several characters are in the ballpark.

Phoenix, Dr. Manhattan, Silver Surfer, Superman, Thor.

Manhattan, by a landslide. No other movie superhero comes close.

I doubt Apocalypse will come close to the level of those 3. Wouldn't be surprised either though. Xmen villains tend to be powerhouses.

I don't think Apoc will be that strong. I really hope he doesn't just have the same powerset as Phoenix/Jean.
