If someone could name this film I would be amazed as been trying to find it for over 20 years. There is only one scene I vividly remember, a woman is been followed its possibly misty or foggy, there is a black metal railing and tall black victorian style lamposts as she approaches the steps to the house, as she reaches the steps something or someone grabs her from below. Many thanks to anyone who could name this!
