Dont know enough about Cap Boomerang. Team DC might take it.

I think Captain Boomerang may be the MVP here, he did lose to Nightwing, but he also has great feats such as being able to easily overcome mach 1 winds and even killed a Jay Garrick clone.

Well it was a clone and clones tend to be weaker, well how the hell did Nightwing beat him?

High end showing for Nightwing. Mercer isn't unbeatable, but Punisher tagging him with a fire arm is unlikely.

Maybe if Bullseye did a retarded unpredictable trick shot then it might be possible but still unlikely.

Deadshot is the only marksman here that can keep a bead on CB..... and they're teammates.
