And assuming a regular fight, I'd say Manchester convincingly. Gut feeling. Maybe I'd give Xavier the win if it were just telepathy, gut feeling.

If its full powerset, Manchester should have some decent TP resistance, at least enough to have time to crush Xavier.

yeah tp would be a lot closer. i'd give x the edge only because he has sooo many feats. but black could certainly resist him if not beat him long enough for his tk to squash charlie. this is a bit of a mis-match imo.
