In a straight up fight, is there anyone that Iron Man takes a solid majority against (ie not relying on fluke/PIS wins) that Thor can't? If not by power, then by tech/smarts/strategy etc?

While Iron Man might be able to take a win against some versions of Ultron in particular circumstances, he has never demonstrated anything that would let him take a solid majority against him.

A one shot Alpha Flight villain. He was a hacker that briefly took over the Box armor. He could and would operate right under Thor's nose. Tony could take him, though.

He can win though. Thor with his brawling always gets his ass handed to him by Ultron though.

No one. Thor is AT LEAST two tiers above IM (and I'm being generous to IM).

Some psychics. Tony shows anti-telepathy tech more often than Thor shows that he can no-sell it, but they both vary.
