Classic Fate could, Strange may be imaginative but he's not necessarily one i'd consider extremely strong willed.

Can Vulcan manipulate mystical energy as well? If so he would be a good Mage muncher candidate.

No, Doc on his own could take out Supes.

So, who's ring are we talking? I'd think alan Scott's would actually be better. With a bunch of study, Doc might be able to use the green flame rather inventively.

Alan Scott ring. The fact that he takes on demons and very powerful magic users I would think would give him a strong will.

Its understated but yeah, i'd say Doc has good will power.
