World breaker hulk/ Atrocitus:
Atrocitus' mind and powers in hulk's body. Atrocitulk has the ring and hulk's strength level. When Atrocitulk gets angrier he gets stronger (like hulk).

vs

Juggernaut/ Atom one million:
Juggernaut's mind and powers in Atom's body. Atonaut has Atom one millions powers and hulk's regeneration. Atom one million's power is to duplicate himself as long as all the duplicate's weight added up equals to his weight as one person. All his duplicates keep the same amount of strength as they do as one person. Atonaut has juggernaut's strength.

Martianmanhunter/ silver surfer:
Martian manhunter's mind and powers in silver surfer's body. Silver manhunter has silver surfer's power's and board.

Mm adds nothing to SS

He adds telepathy shapeshifting and extra strength

I know that it's too late but you should have just given WB Hulk the rage ring, and melded him with someone else. Atrocitus really adds nothing to him. Nor would he be able to amplify the Hulk's power as efficiently as the Hulk was able to. It would be really cool to see the Hulk use plasma wretch mixed with gamma choke on someone.

Melding Atrocitus with Hulk means that Hulktrocious is able to do blood magic. He could potentially have limitless magical power.

JuggerTom would be able to turn himself into Adamantium, be immune to magic, and invisible to telepathy.

Martian Surfhunter would be immune to fire, but with speed, telepathy, matter manip, PLUS the strategic mind of the entire Martian race, combined with cosmic awareness.

I think Juggertom's going to win.
