The fight ends with Spider-Man breaking free of the symbiote's control and thus ending the fight.

In a 1 on 1 fight to the finish (and Spider-Man ISN'T trying to break free from the symbiote's control), who takes the majority?

I'm going to say Superior Venom for now, but who can really tell with the lasso.

Wonder if he can disarm her and use her sword?

Don't forget, Thor was knocked in the throat by Cap's shield, a weapon, which, when wielded by the wweaker Cap, is capable of wonderful things.

Here, am assuming Venom does not get it.

My guess is a toss up.
