Who wins and why?

Flash solos. His speed is too much for everyone on the Marvel team. They all get blitzed into the ground the second the fight starts within a fraction of a second.

Yeah it's a pretty one-sided beatdown. Superman handles Thor, while Flash, Wondy and Aquaman clean house.
