THE VOID WINS:

1. His durability is too high for any damage output the Avengers can dish out without the upgrades of artifacts that can warp the reality (Norn Stones).

That's Thor attacking the Void with all the power under his command and in the next panel getting the life squeezed out of him by the Void.

2. Additionally to his superior durability the Void is capable of regenerating at an insane speed.

Here we have the Void resurrecting himself and healing his skull during few sentences:

Here we have Sentry and Void regenerating from a skeleton during a brief conversation:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180777-8.jpg

3. Void is physically too strong for all of them.

Here we have the Void physically overpowering Thor - Pay attention at the look at his face. It's the same expression Ares had before he got ripped apart by the Void. Luckily for Thor Osborn called Void off to destroy Asgard.:

Here we have the Void overwhelming Hulk and breaking his ribs:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2178942-4.jpg

Here we have the Void breaking all the bones in Hulk's body:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2179099-3.jpg

Here we have the Void physically attacking a force field created by Invisible Woman, Iron Man and Dr. Strange and earlier in the comic Emma Frost stated that the fight was not going well for the heroes:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2179014-5.jpg

4. Additionally to the superior strength Void also has the speed advantage.

Here we have the Void letting Thor go and destroying Asgard, while Thor doesn't even manage to toss Mjonir in the meantime:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180716-7.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180717-8.jpg

5. The Void is way too gimmicky for the Avengers.

Here we have the Void summoning tendrils from the sky and using them to attack everything around him:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180784-1.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180788-5.jpg

His tendrils also have other effects besides causing explosions - they can also trap opponents:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2178871-5.jpg

His tendrils can mindrape opponents:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2178821-6.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2178823-7.jpg

The tendrils leave the opponent in a state of shock and ignore pretty much everything, since they're intangible - invulnerable, godly bodies (Thor), indestructible items (Captain America's shield), beings that can turn intangible as well (Vision):
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180720-1.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180721-2.jpg

Even though the tendrils are intangible, they can still add a pushback to them, which prevents Thor and Iron Man from saving Loki:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180726-7.jpg

The tendrils also can destroy matter on a molecular level:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180726-7.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180727-8.jpg

How the fight could and most likely would go?

Void raises his hand and summons tentacles from the sky. The heroes rush in to stop him, but each time someone gets in contact with the tendrils, they're immediately out of the fight.
It doesn't matter how durable they are or what kind of a protection they have, the tendrils go through it and mind-rape them into a state of shock. On top of that they can destroy them on a molecular level and like we could see it in the Sentry VS Molecule Man fight not even one of the greatest molecule manipulators in Marvel was capable of holding his molecules together against the Sentry.

Speed wise the only guy on the Avengers team, who could theoretically compete with Sentry / Void is Hyperion and the speed feats of that Hyperion version don't even come close to the speed feats of the Sentry or hell even the Void for that matter. There is no dodging of the tendrils.

And even if the Void decides to brawl with the heroes, he would most likely have the physically advantage, since no one on that team is capable of beating each other as fast as the Void can do it to them as we could have seen it in Void's fights against Savage Hulk and Thor.

You have my curiousity,

What makes it idiotic to think Void Sentry can beat this team?

Void Sentry wins

eh the void is far more powerful than anyone on this list but thor has already shown the ability to have enough power to kill him... im sure someone on team eventually will get in a good shot to knock void down enough for that to happen again... void is very powerful but the whole team is gonna be to much

The only reason Thor was able to do that was because Robert asked Thor to do so. If you notice in the fight when Thor hits the void with a full power hit from Mjolnir it does nothing. But when he asks to be killed it's a one shot kill. In the same way in WWH when Robert was asking Hulk to hit him by saying "Just once more" his face became more bloodied each time.

Hulk, Hyperion, Thor, Captain Marvel, and Quasar are non factors. Nova's gravametric pulse shield will help him for a few seconds before he gets obliterated. In theory the StarBrand shouldn't perform that bad with the assistance of this team. But he does not have the feats yet to state otherwise. In conclusion Void wins.

That's not true, and even if it was, it got retconned on Uncanny Avengers Happy Dance

It is true and it wasn't retconned in any way. Sentry did say that he started to heal in the sun but if he started healing when Thor held him, then his body wouldn't have been melted as he wasn't encased in the sun.

Where for you did you see proof that it was retconned in Uncanny Avengers?

DarkSaint85
Nah, not retconned. But he can heal from an atom. Which presumably means he wasn't 100% dead, just 99.999%:

seems like bob was punishing himself in the sun. Void got bored and left him because he was no longer in control

shows me bob was the real reason he died in siege(as the context clearly shows).

and that burning down to an atom over and over again is boring to the void ha.

I would like to tackle that "Robert didn't pull the Void back... Thor simply killed him" for a moment. I've written it down in the Sentry Respect Thread, but here is the majority of it, so you can read it here as well.
This is now for the guy, who thinks that Thor had the power to kill the Void, which ... he really didn't and here is an in-depth explanation on why:

_ _ _ _ _

The first real attack Thor started against the Void was a Mjolnir strike against Void's chest, which left the Void unimpressed and Thor staggered:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180711-2.jpg

The second real shot Thor got during the fight was while the Void was in the sky and Thor said that he was attacking with all the power under his command. Thor summoned a big lightning, which didn't all too much to the Void either:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180715-6.jpg

The third real shot Thor got at the Void was after all the heroes (including Thor) got empowered by Loki's Norn stones. The Norn stones boosted the power level of the heroes so much - or at least made them so effective that even Captain America was easily capable of piercing Void's body with his shield toss:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180722-3.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180723-4.jpg

In the two scans above you saw Loki talking about healing and empowering the heroes and you see them shining in rainbowy colors. The empowered Thor then summons yet another lightning in order to attack the Void:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180724-5.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180725-6.jpg

But the Void takes that one as well. The Void then kills Loki. The Norn stones disappear and the heroes state that they've lost the power upgrade:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180728-9.jpg

What happens then is that Iron Man uses the Helicarrier to drop it onto the Void, which does enough damage to revert the Void back to Robert Reynolds.
Robert realizes that he caused all the death and destruction around him and asks the heroes to kill him. Thor denies that, while Robert starts becoming the Void again and yelling at Thor to kill him, which Thor then does by striking him down with Mjolnir:
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180748-15.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180749-16.jpg
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11/116291/2180750-17.jpg

In my opinion the comic made it pretty much clear that Robert Reynolds was holding his dark side back and not allowing it to resurrect itself / heal itself.
Thor was trying his best in the fight before and he didn't achieve much. Thor even got a major power upgrade in the fight and it was still not enough to beat the Void, but when Robert finally regained the control and asked to be killed Thor managed to land the killing blow.

The writer of that story (Brian Michael Bendis) also confirmed that Robert Reynolds only lost and died, because he realized that it couldn't go on like that and wanted to die:
http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=26287

Q: CBR NEWS: In this scene, Thor finally ends the threat of the Void AKA Bob Reynolds by killing him. It seems like when you consider the Void's power level, the only way this could have happened was because the Void wanted to die.

Brian Michael Bendis: I see there is a lot of online speculation about that, and I thought it was pretty clear. I don't like to over analyze these things. I prefer the work to speak for itself, but I'll put two things out there.

Bob realized that things had gone as far as they could possibly go. There was no other end for him and without his cooperation he doesn't go away. I just didn't want to have a line in the script where someone like Spider-Woman goes, "Boy, if he didn't want us to kill him, we couldn't have killed him." I see a lot of people got it, though.
