Black Panther has an energy shield along with cloaking tech in addition to his super human stats. He is extremely hard to attack plus he is a master martial artist, master tactician, and has vibranium gear and weapons.

Captain America has the best damage soak of the bunch if they were all in regular street clothes. Batman has the best counters, because that's his thing. He's an escape artist, which includes him escaping blows that would destroy guys much more powerful than himself.
