Who takes this?

Am leaning towards Fantomex, because of his misdirection.

Team 1. Iron Fist could trash any of them, Fantomex has his misdirection, and Moon Knight has been pretty impressive lately as well.

Misdirection yes, but they would still have to deal with Mr. X.

Fantomex has misdirected Psylocke, who's a better telepath than X, many times.

He's done the same several times to Horsemen of Apocalypse. Plus the Goat Monk, a multiversal being.

Does he regulary use it in combat, though?

Martian Manhunter could beat Superman and Captain Marvel 100 out of 100 if he didn't keep forgetting he could become an intangible, invisible, mind raping four armed monster with arm knives that could pierce Etrigan the Demons chest.

He does it in almost every fight I've seen with teams etc.
He's a thief, first and foremost after all. A sneak who avoids fighting.

Hell, he might be able to solo then.

To be fair, Mr. X getting tagged doesn't mean he was out.

Remender also went a little overboard on the Mr. X bashing, having him lose three separate fights.. had Cage trash him. And he got double teamed on top of it, and laid out in a body cast.

He didn't just tag him though, he pretty much just outright embarrassed X with a simple unpredictable style that X's precog couldn't follow.

Which is pretty dumb considering Xs power.

More so then Logan's Berserker mode interfering with his precog?

Guess that goes to show you can't just rely on handbooks and character guides, as anything can happen in comics.

It is his primary tactic ever since Remender turned him into a genjutsu user. He'd probably try it 8 out of ten times in forum fights.

He wasn't actually KO'd or anything, but it was embarrassing. I'd argue bad writing though, since nothing Danny did should have blocked the impulse reading.

It isn't pre-cog, but he overcame the weakness later anyway. Wolverine, after getting kicked around, essentially forfeited to him.

Regardless, X hasn't gotten much love lately. Fantomex is a real problem though. Don't see anyone on team 2 beating him, unless X surprises us.

If you can't deal with the illusion + attack combo, Fantomex is going to beat you.
