Going with Team Batman, as I see him as a level above everyone else here. Great fight, very close, but in the end I see Bats and Co winning.

Nothing team one can really do unless they bring heavy artillery. Batman's suit isn't just bullet-proof it's also rocket proof. Katana can cut bullets out of the air so Punisher is going to be generally useless against her.

Green Arrow can get into CQC with metahumans but outside of that not exactly sure what he can do New 52.

Assuming this is all New 52.
