Nobody's going to respond. Or rather, I am and that may be it. The Monarchy was too short-lived and obscure, and on top of that we don't have good power limits for some of them. Like, Jackson King, we know. Professor Q, Metropolitan (among others), less so.

So, if someone values feats alone, Avengers win. If we try to extrapolate based on power sets and limited feats, it's a giant mess of guessing.

Lol. I hope I'm wrong. But the subset of people that know the Monarchy and have an opinion about this fight is going to be miniscule, if not nonexistent.

The Monarchy had too many unknown variables for battleboard matches, since it ended so early. Digi already covered it pretty well, so this is mostly me doing my best parrot impression.

The prime version of these guys is almost purely theoretical. Malcom absorbed the Dream Engine and Jackson became a being of pure imagination, but we have no clue what any of that means. Now Wildstorm is gone, so the Monarchy will forever be a mystery.
