This prior to Animal Man being given the godseed by the Bridgewalker but after he gets his new body crafted by the royal tailors of the King of Limbs. This is the Swamp Thing as he is currently.

They are both blood-lusted. No CIS or any other restrictions.

Who manages a victory?

Does Buddy still have the godseed? I've seen no mention of it in JL: United.

At any rate, I'd probably go with Swamp Thing, since as long as there's plants around he basically can't be put down.
