I wonder if Spawn would be able to teleport himself into the Flash's body like he did to Overtkill?

His. Teleport is stated as Light Speed, as well able to slip through dimensions.

He can also creat a mini Black Hole to hell. Time Freeze for a short time with a snap of his fingers, intangibility, and shadow manipulation. Also massive illusions. Some things to help in a battle vs a Flash.

Spawn would win, if he doesn't do the whole 'Oh, I must conserve my dark power before I become Malebolgia's puppet! I refuse to be Hell's pawn!!!' shtick.
