Heisei GZ in a nut shell has heat beams that can disintegrate feet of steel easy. His Spiral Ray which is more powerful than his Heat Beam has blown away beings who have shown to withstand stars and black holes. His weight is around 65,000 tons and he can slam around up to 200,000 tons in one Manga showing, and easily rag dolled 120,000 tons in the movies. He also has another move called a nuke pulse that generate a shield of nuke energy that blew back 90,000 tons of monster.

His Durability feats are insane awesome. He is durable enough to tank all weapons of the 80s and 90s with no hindrance. This includes anti ship missiles and bunker busters. He also tanked special designed laser beams. He also ate and survived Capsium missiles that freeze ya solid. He also showed regen that instantly heals any damage like holes in body, up to molecular attacks. His Cells survived and regrew in a black hole while hit with exploding suns. He even tanked his own heat beam returned to him by a factor of 10,000.

Also Heisei GZ can absorb radiation sources around him, which in turn amp his strength and power.

IDW GZ is pretty much the same. He has actually tanked a stated Black Hole with no real shown damage. He also fought the same villains Heisei has on a more larger scale.

Showa GZ is 50 meters, half the size of Heisei GZ. He is 50,000 tons in weight. He has feats of rag dolling 70,000 tons foes. His radiation breath can melt tanks with no effort. Not as powerful as Heisei though.

His durability is more along the same lines of healing stabs and holes in the body at slight lesser rate. He can heal all damage instantly with a Electro Magnetic like move.

Other abilities include being adept in martial arts, able to think on a human scale, and can fly with his nuke breath. The pressure of the nuke breath for flight of 50,000 tons is pretty powerful. He can also breath in space "shrugs" and turn into a magnet.
