ZHP would probably win. Tim's more powerful but in a fight id give it to ZHP.

No. The one who defeated the Spectre was the potential future where Tim became evil, 15 years into the future. Mainstream Tim was the one who created a multiverse of his own without even knowing it.

Yes. And Tim became even more powerful after he became the Merlin in Names of Magic, in which he became an essential force of creation (and this was after his multiversal feat in Books of Magic v2).
