Unless Majestic has had a major downgrade he should take it.
Classic Comet (I'm assuming we're talking pre COIE) was stated to be physically 1/10th the stats of a SA Kryptonian. I'd class Maj as quite a bit higher than that. As good as classic comet's Psionics were I don't see them compensating for the physical disadvantages.
